Vibegrow field notes are the public dogfooding loop: practical AI-agent marketing workflows, brand-building decisions, content systems, and the free-first stack small teams can copy.

## Operating Model

- Canonical articles publish on vibegrow.io first.
- Subscriber capture is owned by Vibegrow through /api/newsletter/subscribe.
- Subscriber data is stored in Supabase and can be exported with /api/newsletter/export.
- External platforms are syndication channels, not the source of truth.
- Paid newsletter tooling is deferred until sending volume, deliverability, or collaboration needs justify it.
