Summary
Ingrow runs in Chrome on LinkedIn pages you open. It can read prospect information from those pages, store working data in Chrome, and send saved prospects, lists, profile context, and draft settings to Vibegrow when you sign in and use account features.
1. What Ingrow reads
On linkedin.com people-search and profile pages, Ingrow may read visible prospect information such as:
- name, title, company, location, and LinkedIn profile URL
- search-result page context and pagination state
- profile sections you ask Ingrow to enrich or summarize
Ingrow does not ask for your LinkedIn password and does not read pages outside the host permissions declared by the extension.
2. What Ingrow stores locally
Ingrow uses Chrome extension storage for local working state, including extension settings, cached prospects, selected lists, UI state, and Vibegrow sign-in/session data needed by the side panel.
Removing the extension from chrome://extensions clears Chrome extension storage for Ingrow.
3. What Ingrow sends to Vibegrow
When you sign in or use cloud-backed features, Ingrow sends data to vibegrow.io. That can include:
- account login details and authentication tokens
- saved prospects and their LinkedIn profile URLs
- lists, tags, notes, and captured dates
- profile enrichment data you choose to collect
- sender persona, tone, custom prompt, and draft outputs
This is necessary for account-backed prospect organization, quota/account status, and Vibegrow AI draft workflows.
