1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VibeGrow, you agree to these terms.

2. Use License

Your plan grants you a limited, non-transferable right to use VibeGrow for your own business purposes while your account is in good standing.

• You may use generated work for your business
• You may not resell or sublicense access to the platform
• You may not copy or redistribute the platform software
• You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the service

3. Pricing & Billing

VibeGrow Pro is listed at $30 USD per month. Max is listed at $200 USD per month. Both are self-serve recurring subscriptions that renew until cancelled. Enterprise pricing is custom. Paid plans include the platform access and usage limits shown on the pricing page. VibeGrow does not support self-serve switches between Pro and Max. Contact support to review a plan change. Existing purchases remain honored under the terms shown when they were purchased.

4. User Data

You retain all rights to your data. VibeGrow will not use your data for any purpose other than providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on VibeGrow's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. VibeGrow makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall VibeGrow or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on VibeGrow's platform.
