3. Pricing & Billing

Vibegrow is sold as a one-time purchase of $99.99 USD per user, granting a single-user commercial license to the marketing-skills repository, including lifetime updates. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or free trials. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds. Please review the public docs and demo videos before purchasing.

5. User Data

You retain all rights to your data. VibeGrow will not use your data for any purpose other than providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on VibeGrow's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. VibeGrow makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall VibeGrow or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on VibeGrow's platform.
