1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide and data about how you use VibeGrow, including:

• Name and contact information (email, phone number)
• Business information (company name, industry, revenue, employees)
• Account and sign-in information
• Business goals, challenges, and marketing preferences
• Payment information (when you subscribe to a paid plan)
• Usage data and analytics
• Messages and topics submitted through our contact form

2. My Browser extension

While My Browser is connected, VibeGrow can use it for tasks run under your VibeGrow account, including on websites where you are signed in. It can open and organize tabs, read pages, take screenshots, click controls, enter text, submit forms, and attach files from your computer to a website's upload form. Page reads and screenshots are triggered by browser commands from VibeGrow; installing the extension does not automatically upload the content of every page you visit.

Data accessed and sent

What VibeGrow receives depends on the commands used and the page being accessed. A command may return page text, form content, or a screenshot. Listing tabs can return titles and URLs across open windows in the connected browser profile, including tabs outside the current task. Personal or sensitive information on a page may be included in the content returned.

The extension sends task results to VibeGrow over an encrypted connection. We may send relevant content, screenshots, and results to AI model providers to interpret pages, plan actions, and produce your output. Our hosting and storage providers also process this data. Results may be saved in conversations, task history, outputs, and service logs.

Some page reads start local diagnostics that record console messages and basic network-request details, such as URLs, status codes, and response headers. These records can include information beyond visible page text. Response bodies are omitted from these diagnostics. The records stay in the page's memory until you reload or close it. The currently supported browser task commands do not return these local records to VibeGrow. They are separate from the connection and command activity records stored by our service.

When a task attaches a file to a website, that website can receive the file through your browser. VibeGrow receives the upload result, including the file path. The website's own privacy policy governs its handling of the file.

Connection and controls

Your browser stores a connection credential, installation identifier, connection status, and temporary task-tab state. These let the extension pair with VibeGrow and recover from interruptions. When pairing and connecting, it sends the installation identifier and version information to VibeGrow. We store these with your account's browser connection and keep connection and command activity records to operate and troubleshoot browser tasks. Disconnecting removes the local connection credential but leaves the installation identifier on your device.

You can disconnect in the extension at any time. This closes the connection and removes the local connection credential. It does not undo website actions or delete results already sent to VibeGrow.

Disconnecting does not clear local page diagnostics. Reload or close the page to clear them.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

VibeGrow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We use extension data only to provide or improve browser-task features and related operations, including security and reliability. We do not sell it, use it for personalized advertising or credit decisions, or transfer it to data brokers. These limits also cover data derived from extension data.

We transfer extension data only as needed for these features, legal compliance, or protection against fraud and abuse. Transfers during a merger, acquisition, or asset sale require your explicit prior consent.

Human access is limited to specific data you explicitly consent to share, security investigations, legal requirements, or aggregated and anonymized data used for internal operations.

These limits take precedence over the general uses and sharing described elsewhere in this policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send technical notices and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Personalize your experience and provide AI-powered recommendations
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. The My Browser extension sends task results to VibeGrow over an encrypted connection.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With your consent
• With hosting, storage, AI model, analytics, payment, and other service providers needed to deliver our services
• Web3Forms processes contact form submissions, including your name, email address, topic, and message, to deliver them to our inbox. Its storage practices are described in the Web3Forms privacy policy.
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights and prevent fraud

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Export your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Withdraw consent at any time

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to track platform activity and store information. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when a cookie is sent.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information while your account is active or as needed to provide services. We also retain and use information as necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

This also applies to browser data saved in conversations, task history, outputs, and service logs. Disconnecting or uninstalling the extension does not delete these records from our servers. To request access, export, or deletion of your personal information, including browser task data, email aman@vibegrow.io.

We respond to privacy requests within 24 hours. This is our initial response time; completing an access, export, or deletion request may take longer. We may need to verify your identity, and we will explain the next steps and expected timing in our response. We handle requests within applicable legal deadlines.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

When this policy changes, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date above.
